Ellen Pauleen Miller Hardcastle

"Nana"

My mother and best friend, Ellen Pauleen Miller Hardcastle, passed away August 22, 2007 just as she had lived her life with courage, strength, grace and dignity in the loving arms of her family.

She was born in Bingham, Utah on August 13, 1936 to Paul V. and

Ellen Jacobson Miller.

Graduated from Jordan High School in 1954. Married Donald G. Hardcastle January 26, 1955, together they raised two children, Quinn and Staci.

Nana was the center of our universe and blessed us with unconditional love and support each and every day of our lives. She had many hobbies and special talents but the one she excelled at was spoiling grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years Donald; children: W. Quinn Hardcastle and Carol Ann Perea, Staci and Mike Johnson; grandchildren, Brittany, Jeffrey, Skyler and Jacob; sister LaRae

Bowers; brother Dan Miller; brothers and sisters-in-law, Leon and Alice Hardcastle, Margie and Charlie Boynton; and many special nieces, nephews and life long friends.
