A self-propelled semi-submersible vessel floats off the coast of Central America in the eastern Pacific on Sunday. Coast Guard officials intercepted the vessel about 300 miles southwest of the Mexico-Guatemala border and detained four men, who were transporting about 5.5 tons of cocaine worth $352 million. The men scuttled the vessel but were unable to escape.
