WEST VALLEY CITY — More than 200 ethnic performers are set to participate in the seventh annual International Summer Festival and Entertainment fair today and Saturday at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, 1355 W. 3100 South.

The fair is from 6 p.m. to midnight today and 2 p.m. to midnight on Saturday.

It fosters building relationships among new immigrants, established Utahns and law enforcement by providing information on agencies such as police and fire departments, and issues such as domestic violence.

The festival also features international foods, children's activities, ethnic music and dance performances, and a raffle for prizes. The fair is hosted by the Cultural Celebration Center, the Latino Community Center and West Valley City.
