Born July 28, 1939 in Salt Lake City to Lindsay and Catherine Ellen Carter. Married Linda Lee McIntyre September 23rd, 1963. Retired From AG after 34 years of service.
Preceded in death by mother, father and son Lindsay John Carter Jr.
Survived by wife Linda Carter, children Cathy, Michael (Nikki), Tamera (Mark) and many grand-children.
