TRAX service south of 7200 South will be interrupted this weekend and next for construction work on the 8600 S. State rail overpass. A bus will be offered to riders traveling from the Sandy Civic Center Station at 10000 South to the Midvale Fort Union Station at 7200 South.
The bus will make stops at three stations in between the Civic Center and Fort Union Station and will run from 4 a.m. on Saturday until midnight on Sunday each weekend. If the weather is poor either weekend, work on the bridge may be delayed, and the TRAX closures may not occur.
