BOZEMAN, Mont. — Dezmon Harris scored 25 points and grabbed a career-high eight rebounds to help Weber State escape with a 78-76 win over Montana State on Thursday night.

Carlos Taylor hit a 3-pointer to bring Montana State within a point with 22 seconds remaining. But Weber State's Tyler Billings and Juan Pablo Silveira hit two free throws apiece in the final seconds to put the Wildcats (8-8, 3-1 Big Sky) ahead by five.

James Hennessy's 3-pointer put Montana State within two points with one second remaining, but a long inbound as time expired secured the Wildcat win.

Arturas Valeika, after coming up empty in the last 10 games, hit his sixth double-double of the season for the Wildcats. He scored 14 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Steve Panos hit a career-high 17 points.

Taylor led the Bobcats (9-8, 1-3) with 26 points, while Phil Friesen scored 13.
