CRAIG BILLS, Timpview football: This Timpview senior defensive back made a play to pretty much seal his team's 42-13 win over Sky View in the 4A quarterfinals on Friday.

Bills intercepted a pass and returned it 102 yards for a touchdown late in the first quarter. The score gave the T-Birds an insurmountable 28-0 lead. He had two interceptions in the contest.

Bills, a BYU commit, has intercepted five passes this season. Now a senior, he has been a first-team all-state pick twice in his high school career.

JENESSA WILLIAMS, North Summit, volleyball: This four-year starter was one of the most consistent aspects of the Braves offense. As a setter she was responsible for distributing the ball to the team's capable hitters, but was also a force on defense. She earned 57 assists in the Braves second region match against Layton Christian and 31 assists and 15 digs against Rowland Hall. She earned 39 assists against South Summit as the two teams joined together to raise money for breast cancer in a Pink Game. Her leadership and athletic ability helped the Braves to a fourth-place finish in the 2A State Tournament last weekend. The senior is also a varsity basketball player.
