I'm so relieved to read how many people oppose restrictions on free trade. Historically, nothing good has ever come from regulation. When slave labor and later child labor were prohibited, it raised prices and cut business profits. Restricting cigarette and alcohol advertising interfered with free speech and weakened the economy.

Businesses, allowed to act unrestrained, will police themselves. CEOs will enjoy tax cuts that they reinvest in their companies instead of keeping for themselves. Employees earning less than a living wage will continue having to beg for "entitlements" so they can feed their families.

Laissez-faire will always benefit society. History has proven it.
