Extra Space Storage Inc., based in Salt Lake City, on Tuesday reported funds from operations available to common stockholders of $20.6 million, or 29 cents per share, for the quarter ended Dec. 31. That compares with $17.5 million, or 26 cents per share, for the same quarter in 2006.

Revenues totaled $64.7 million, up from $52.2 million.

For the full year 2007, funds from operations were $76.6 million, or $1.09 per share, up from $56.3 million, or 95 cent per share, for 2006. Revenues totaled $238.9 million in 2007, up from $197.3 million a year earlier.
