Silverleaf Companies, a Salt Lake City financial-services company, is launching four specialty divisions: capital, development, realty and strategic partners, the company said Wednesday.
The company has provided entrepreneurs more than a half billion dollars in capital since its founding in April 2007, said Cory Moore, Silverleaf Companies partner.
The capital division provides venture capital and management for young, rapidly growing companies. The development division provides capital to commercial, residential and land development projects in the western United States.
The realty division gives real-estate agents the opportunity to hedge and diversify their incomes through capital and development sectors. The strategic partners division creates and manages relationships with third-party companies in architecture, engineering and construction.
