Earl "Bud" Harris

Charles Earl "Bud" Harris, 73, passed away April 9, 2008 from complications due to emphysema.
He was born August 22, 1934 in Minersville, Utah to Silas Earl and Nettie Moyes Harris. He married Marianna Willden, April 25, 1963 in Bountiful, Utah. The marriage was solemnized August 19, 2006 in the Manti LDS Temple.
He served in the military and was employed at Hill Air Force Base. After their retirement, he and his wife moved to Mayfield.
His survivors include his wife of Mayfield; sons, Jeffery (Maryanne) Harris of Lansing, IA; Charles (Hea Won) Harris of New York City; daughter, Charlene Somers of Bountiful; brother, Ronald (Irene) Harris of Mayfield; 11 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter. Was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Dana Ann; three grandchildren, Robbie, Hudson and Carter.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mayfield LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Mayfield church on Monday evening from 6 to 8 and again on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Mayfield Cemetery with military rites by the Oliver-Russell American Legion Post #105 of Centerfield.
