Bradley Garn Henderson
1948 ~2008
Our beloved son Brad, born Sept. 23, 1948 died all too soon April 15, 2008 in Las Vegas, NV. Born to Garn S. Henderson (deceased) and Luana Gowans Henderson. He graduated from Highland High School with many of his good friends. He loved playing football there. Brad joined the 19th Special Forces Airbourne Group in 1969 and soon after went to Rigger School, becoming a parachute packing specialist. He got to be a Staff Sgt. and soon was section leader. He later enrolled in jump master school and became a Green Beret jumpmaster - truly one in a hundred. This experience led to his life long dream of flying. He graduated in aeronautics from Westminster College, and at the time of his death was Chief Pilot for Classic Aviation. Brad was a member of the Ambassador Duck Club and loved every minute he spent there with his friends and his dog. Brad married Patricia Stokes - later divorced.
Survivors are his mother, his sisters Cheryl (Otto) Foulks, Salt Lake City; Kymm (Bob) McDaniel, Peoria, AZ. and brother Thomas Henderson, Honolulu, HI. Several nieces and nephews and his dog Max.
