Mark Garn, left, gets a hug from friend Jacquie Warnick after Garn’s Dumpster Express truck overturned at the corner of 2100 South and 1300 East in Salt Lake City on Thursday. Garn said the truck was loaded unevenly, which caused it to overturn even though it was going slowly. Warnick, who’s been Garn’s friend for 23 years, said she was on the phone with him when the accident occurred.
