(AP) — Olympian Klete Keller set a pool record in the men's 200-meter free, and two-time Olympic gold medalist Natalie Coughlin comfortably qualified for the women's 100 back at Sunday's preliminaries. Keller finished with the top qualifying time of 1:47.93. A day earlier, Keller set a pool record in winning his signature event, the 400-meter free. Olympian Kim Vadenberg swam a 2:01.55 to lead all qualifiers in the women's 200 free and Olympian Dana Vollmer swam within .20 of a pool record as the top qualifier in the women's 100 fly at 59.43. Seventeen-year-old Leona Jennings was the top qualifier in the 100 back at 1:03.40.
