SOUTH JORDAN — Kelsey Justice, a senior at Bingham High School, has been named Utah winner of a National Honor Society scholarship from the National Association of Secondary School Principals.
She is one of 53 students nationwide to receive a $1,500 scholarship.
Justice is ranked No. 1 in a graduating class of 770, and the school's Sterling Scholar in music. She will attend Brigham Young University.
