U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. — A Nick Kuroczko triple in the fourth inning helped the University of Utah baseball team turn a one-run lead into a convincing 12-4 league victory over the Air Force Academy Sunday afternoon. The win is Utah's fifth straight.

John James got the start for Utah, but it was reliever Stephen Streich who tallied the win. Streich went four complete innings, allowing four hits and one earned run. He fanned two.

The Utes finished with the 16-8 edge in hits. Four Utah batters finished with three hits Sunday. Fred Ferguson was 3-for-5, Kuroczko was 2-for-5 with three RBIs, Cooper Blanc was 1-for-4 with three RBI and Jesse Shriner was 2-for-5 with three RBIs.

Utah returns home for its last week of regular-season play. The Utes host Southern Utah at Ute Field on Tuesday, and then BYU on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Franklin Covey Field.
