Jason Chamberlain, a senior at Springville High, has been selected as the national winner of the 2008 Dave Schultz High School Excellence National Award presented by the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum.
Chamberlain was selected from the 49 state winners and five regional winners who were announced earlier this week.
"I was shocked when they told me I had been selected for this award," Chamberlain said. "There are so many good wrestlers, to be selected is such an honor."
