It appears that Janet Racine (Readers' Forum, June 18) is blind to the tens of thousands of Real Salt Lake soccer fans in Utah. I know that many of them — like me — go past the multiple articles about the Jazz and BYU football to find information about our favorite sport and team.
To James Edward and Dan Rasmussen, who cover RSL, I'm sure I echo the sentiments of many when I say: Keep up the good work. In a nation where the world's most popular sport is usually ignored and often belittled by the traditionalist mainstream sports media, it's refreshing to see a newspaper recognize there are plenty of soccer fans who want to know what is going on.
