The Cincinnati Cyclones won their first Kelly Cup Championship on Thursday in front of 12,722 fans, the largest postseason crowd in the 20-year history of the Premier "AA" Hockey League. The Cyclones defeated the Las Vegas Wranglers 3-1 in Game 6 of their series. The standing-room-only crowd in Princeton, N.J.'s U.S. Bank Arena breaks the record held by the Louisiana IceGators, who had four crowds of 11,800 in 1997 including three in the Finals. The Kelly Cup Playoffs drew 331,798 fans, breaking the record of 319,958 set in 1997.
