SHARE Peak-climbs aim at pediatric AIDS

Climbers and hikers throughout America are invited to participate in summitting the highest peak in each of the 50 states of the United States June 27-July 6, in an effort to raise awareness and funds to fight pediatric AIDS.

Individuals who raise a minimum of $115 and teams raising $5,000 or more are eligible for a chance at prizes. Top prizes include a safari for two to Namibia and a trip for two to the top of Kilimanjaro.

Proceeds benefit children served by the American Foundation for Children with AIDS. AFCA provides life-saving medication, food and medical supplies to HIV-positive children in Zimbabwe, Kenya and Uganda.

Those who cannot participate in the Summer Summit may wish to participate Sept. 20-21st as part of "Climb Up So Kids Can Grow Up 2008." For more information and to register, visit www.ClimbUpSoKidsCanGrowUp.com.
