TAYLORSVILLE — Investigators are trying to determine what caused a fire that damaged the upper level of a home Sunday morning.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames inside the attic of a home near 1300 W. Murray Holladay Road, said Unified Fire Authority spokesman Travis Hanberg.

One firefighter twisted his ankle while fighting the fire from the home's roof, Hanberg said. No other injuries were reported.

The fire caused about $30,000 worth of damage, but the family was not expected to be displaced.
