The talking heads on television and both principal candidates for president are arguing daily over the questions: Should we drill for oil off-shore? Should we build more electric-powered automobiles? Should we erect more windmills to generate electricity? Should we construct more nuclear power plants?

My question is: Who is this "we"? Does Obama think he can build windmills? If so, why is he waiting until he is president? The people need them now! Does McCain think he can drill oil wells? If so, why is he waiting until he is president? They are desperately needed immediately.

Believe me, "who" is given the monopoly rights to drill, build, erect and construct makes all the difference in the world. It requires loans of billions of dollars. A money monopoly decides who gets these loans. Are we, the people, so gullible that we swallow all this empty rhetoric from politicians?
