Project Runway (8 and 9:30 p.m., Lifetime): This remarkably popular show moves to a new network for its sixth season. (Now that all the legal wrangling with Bravo has finally been resolved.) First up tonight is Project Runway: All-Star Challenge (6 p.m., Lifetime), a two-hour special that features eight "fan favorites" from the first five seasons of "Project Runway" who return to compete against each other. And Lifetime has not only transferred the show, it has expanded the brand. And there's the companion series Models of the Runway (9 and 10:30 p.m., Lifetime), in which the 16 women who model the "Project Runway" designs compete, complete with eliminations each week until there's a winner, who claims$25,000 and a photo spread in Marie Claire magazine.
Royal Pains (11 p.m., USA): Hank learns that the Gardners are trying to have him stripped of his medical license; Divya and Evan run into trouble on a millionaire's yacht.
Wide Angle (midnight, Ch. 7): "Eye of the Storm" reports on the thousands of children orphaned when a cyclone devastated the southern coast of Myanmar in May 2008.
