I have an idea how to help the economic problem as well as the energy problem. When cars and trains move they create winds that travel at a speed equal to the speed they are traveling. Why don't we use this wind to make electricity? If we put lots of small wind turbines on the sides of the highways we can generate electricity. If we had electrical cars charged from the grid they could put energy back into the grid, making a perpetuating energy of sorts.
