Ned Snell is right (Readers' Forum, Aug. 21) when he says the BCS is about megabucks. The only thing that will change the current college football system is money. Since the Sherman antitrust legislation doesn't seem to mean much when it comes to seeing that there is a level playing field among college football teams, Congress needs to pass legislation that states, Any tax-exempt organization (NCAA) whose members hold contests that have a monetary reward and exclude members of that organization from having an equal opportunity to participate, will lose their tax-exempt status.
