The remarks by Frank Pignanelli (Aug. 23) were totally offensive and way off line. His column is usually very good and fun to read, but his personal expressions about Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity show his true colors. Why can't a columnist write about someone who disagrees with him in a kind way and just state the facts, rather than trying to destroy that person's character? We need more kind and less offensive dialogue. By the way, the article by Joseph Cannon was superb.
