In response to the My View article "Let uranium exploration continue" (Aug. 21), I totally agree that Ken Salazar is once again acting like a czar in withdrawing 1 million acres to "shut down uranium exploration and mining" in Arizona. He similarly stopped oil exploration in Utah. Please, explain to me where in the Constitution the feds get the right to control land within a state. Why won't Utah sue the feds for such unconstitutional acts? State lands are not territories.
