The U.S. Census Bureau invited ACORN to be involved with the 2010 Census. Why would this present a potential problem? ACORN and its affiliated organizations have a history of illegal activity and are currently under investigation in more than a dozen states for voter registration fraud.
So, what's the danger?
As reported by Judicial Watch, census data "determine how many seats each state will have in the House of Representatives as well as the redistricting of state legislatures, county and city councils, and voting districts." ACORN, with its fraudulent activities, should be prohibited from being involved with the 2010 Census.
