Dustin "Dusty" Kramer has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing at Parvus. Kramer's experience as a sales executive and manager includes technology products and services, with an emphasis on network communications and computing platforms. He has been Parvus' director of sales operations since 2006. Before joining Parvus, he was director of sales operations for another company, and he has held senior sales positions at four other companies.

Dr. Tyler L. Christensen has joined Ogden Clinic as a full-time urologist. Practicing at the Harrison Boulevard Ogden Clinic, he specializes in general adult and pediatric urology, endourology, reconstructive urology and kidney stones. His education includes degrees from Utah State University and the University of Utah.

Edward B. Havas has been named president of the law firm Dewsnup, King and Olsen. A founding member of DKO, Havas focuses his practice on negligence, product liability, medical malpractice, mining accidents and other catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Havas' education includes degrees from Weber State University and the University of Utah.

Jason Dodge and John Monson have joined Commerce CRG. Both will work from the Utah County office in Orem. Each has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate.

Ken Johnsen has rejoined the law firm Parr Brown Gee & Loveless. Johnsen has corporate and legal experience in finance, securities, bankruptcy, real estate and general litigation. Johnsen began his legal career at Parr Brown in 1986 and left in 1991 to work for a firm client, where he was an executive for 14 years. After that, he was involved in fund-raising and as a consultant. His education includes a degree from Utah State University.

Gordon Staker has been named estimating and sales manager for south construction, which includes all locations south of the Beck Street plant, for Staker Parson Cos. He started with Staker Paving and Construction in 1969 as one of the founders and has held various positions in the estimating, sales and marketing departments of Staker Parson. Most recently, he was estimating and sales manager for Utah County.

Larry R. Mullenax has been named executive vice president of Mount Olympus Waters Inc. He replaces John Q. Andrew, who had been an executive with the company since 1966. Andrew has retired. Mullenax has been with Mount Olympus for 10 years, most recently as vice president of production. He also has management experience with other companies.

Deanna D. Sabey has been appointed as the director of the Utah Division of Real Estate. Sabey's experience in the real estate industry includes more than 10 years of legal experience advising mortgage lenders and real estate licensees on federal and state regulations, drafting the first mortgage lender exam in Utah, leading continuing education classes for real estate professionals, and working as a real estate agent. Her education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

Dr. Michael Cobble, director of Canyons Medical Center in Sandy, has been appointed as chief medical officer of Atherotech Inc. Cobble is a primary-care physician, board-certified lipidologist and certified hypertension specialist. His responsibilities at the cardiodiagnostic company will include educating the public and health-care professionals about Atherotech's line of cardiometabolic tests, and he will be responsible for furthering understanding and acceptance of a cholesterol test in advanced lipid testing. He will maintain his role at Canyons Medical Center.

Lisa Livingston has been named manager of Mountain America Credit Union's 104th South branch in South Jordan. She previously was assistant manager of the credit union's Holladay branch. She has nine years of financial industry experience, beginning as a teller in 1991 before taking a few years off to raise two young children. She returned to the credit union five years ago as a part-time teller and advanced to branch manager.

Sharla Ellis has become affiliated with Texas-based Cornerstone Home Lending, which has opened a location in Salt Lake City. Ellis is a senior vice president and residential lending specialist, with 22 years of experience in residential mortgage lending with a Salt Lake banking company.

Dr. Jon B. Gunther has joined Excel Eye Center. Gunther specializes in medical retinal conditions, including diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration, as well as in general eye conditions, including cataracts. He is practicing at Excel's Provo and American Fork offices. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

Vince Sanford has been appointed general manager of the new Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in South Jordan. Sanford has more than 20 years of restaurant industry experience. He has been with Olive Garden for more than 16 years, most recently as culinary manager at the West Valley City restaurant.
