PROVO — A second man has admitted his part in trapping and assaulting two teenage girls in a car last October.
Jared Holland, 19, of Pleasant Grove, pleaded no contest to unlawful detention, a class B misdemeanor, Wednesday in 4th District Court. He had been charged along with three friends with two counts of forcible sexual abuse, a first-degree felony.
Police say the four Utah County men held two girls in a vehicle and tried to rip their clothes off.
Jace Blickenstaff, 20, was sentenced earlier this month to 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to dealing in materials harmful to a minor, a third-degree felony.
Preliminary hearings are set for March 19 for Shawn Havili and Kyle Anderson, both 19. Holland is set to be sentenced March 31.
