WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama plans to sign the final piece of his health care overhaul on Tuesday.
The White House said Obama would sign Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 at Northern Virginia Community College, just outside Washington.
Congress delivered Obama a key victory this week, passing a sweeping health care bill that reshapes how Americans receive insurance coverage. Obama signed the main legislation on Tuesday in the East Room. This final piece tweaks some parts of it that House members insisted be changed for their votes.
