LEHI — The Utah Scottish Festival and Highland Games will be held June 11-12, at Thanksgiving Point.

The modern continuation of an ancient Celtic tradition will include competitions, dancers, music and food, as well as seven traditional events: braemar stone, open stone, weight for distance, hammer, sheaf, weight over bar, and caber toss.

Hours will be 5-10 p.m. on June 11, and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on June 12.

Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for children, on June 11, and $12 for adults and $7 for children for Saturday's events. A two-day pass is $15 for adults and $10 for children.
