RICHMOND, Mo. — Richmond and the Mormon church share a turbulent chapter in history. On Sunday, May 30, their association will be commemorated with the rededication of a room at Ray County Historical Museum, 901 W. Royle St.

At 5 p.m., officials and members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will join museum staff, area historians and others for a ribbon cutting with speakers, music and refreshments.
