Harrison Weston Justice

Harrison Weston Justice (Sarge) was born in Altonah, Utah on March 14, 1919 to Ollie Weston Justice and Ella Marsing. He was married to Nora Jane Kirk in August 7, 1942 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Harrison was a World War II veteran and Staff Sargeant, 1123rd Military Police Co. He served from 1940 to 1945. While stationed at Fort Douglas he met and married Nora Jane. He also served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater including New Guinee, Luzon, Philippines and Australia. He then returned home on his daughter, Sally's second birthday. As a young man Harrison joined the CCC's. He served from 1936 to 1938. During this service he worked all over the State of Utah. After the war he went to worked for PIE Trucking for several years then for Ken Schefski at his bodyshop, Schefski's. Soon after he and two partners bought and ran the business for many years. Harrison retired in 1983. He loved to traveled and enjoyed spoiling his grandkids. He will be remembered as a Loving and caring Husband, Father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather. Harrison loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping. He had a special connection with animals. He spent many years raising horses and always had a garden. He had a true love of history, particularly Utah and the Uintah basin. He could spend hours relaying all he knew. As a young man, he was a member of the Rose Park Lions club for many years.He is survived by his wife Nora Jane Justice, children Sally Ann Daniels (Wilford G.), Shirley Jean Simonich, Gregory Kirk Justice (Debbie), Sherry Lynn Williams (Ric), sisters Martha Fay Wells, Ollie Rae Phiffer, Lydia Carol Marchett, Francis Ella Grossaint and brother John Robert Justice, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.

Harrison is preceded in death by parents Ollie Weston Justice and Ella Marsing Justice, grandson Gregory Kirk Justice II and great-grandson Caiden Medina.
