Norma Johnson Gerber

1922 ~ 2010

Norma Johnson Gerber, 88, our loving mom, grandma, sister and friend, passed away of natural causes June 5, 2010.She was born April 9, 1922 in Crescent, Utah to James Harold and Sophia Charlotte Larsen Johnson. Norma married George Leroy Gerber December 5, 1942; their marriage was solemnized on September 19, 1950. They later divorced. She married Seville Shupe February 2, 1972; later divorced. On January 30, 1988, Norma married Clarence Earl Bingham in Clearfield, Utah. He passed away March 22, 1989. Norma worked in all of the LDS Church auxiliaries. She owned and operated Clearfield Upholstery for 20 years and owned Gerber's Custom Draperies.

Norma was loved by all her family and will be missed. She enjoyed gourmet cooking and travel. She loved family get-togethers.

children; brothers and sisters, Arlene Bergstrom, California; Vivian White, Midvale; Burt Johnson, Salt Lake City; Leon Johnson (Karen), Midvale; Lois Fails (Robert), Sandy; Gary Johnson (Laura), Midvale.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Glen and Donald; sister, Doris.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 12, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State where a viewing will be held Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 8:45-9:45 a.m. Interment, Taylorsville Cemetery. www.goffmortuary.com
