CEDAR CITY — The 23rd Army Band of the Utah National Guard will play three free concerts in southern Utah this week.

The band will appear at Cedar City's Main Street Park at 7 p.m. on July 29, Ruby's Inn amphitheater in Bryce Canyon at 5 p.m. on July 30 and the St. George O.C. Tanner Amphitheater at 8 p.m. on July 31.

Originally founded in 1924, the 23rd Army Band is composed of eight ensembles and recently returned from a tour in Morocco.
