As the House Ethics Committee charges Rep. Charlie Rangel with multiple ethics violations, Congress' approval rating shoots up from 11 percent to 11.1 percent.
This brings up the old joke about congressmen being so desperate they are stabbing each other in the front.
Rangel was the potentate of the House Ways and Means Committee, which means that he wrote our tax laws and his own tax laws, which may differ from our tax laws.
Accused of tax evasion, Charlie should have called Tax Masters, except for one thing. He is the Tax Master.
