"Ted" Sewell
1923 ~ 2010
At age 87, Ted passed away on July 24th, 2010 peacefully in his home in South Jordan after a short term cancer. He is survived by his wife Gloria Gleave Sewell, two children Steven his wife Bonnie; Courtney and his wife Collette, seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a sister Margaret Sewell Bunn and his dog Sophie. He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin Harrison and Myrtle Clarkson Sewell and his two sons Rinard and Brent, and four brothers.
He served in World War II in the US Army. He married Gloria on November 28, 1942 in Reno, NV.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, July 30, 2010 at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the services. Entombment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made to
