Our loving mother, sister, and aunt passed away peacefully on July 23, 2010. Born Yvonne Lee Tremelling in Los Angeles, CA to Edwin and Ruby Tremelling in 1936. Yvonne attended Benjamin Franklin High School, and then received a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Woodbury College. She married Frank Peterson in the Salt Lake City Temple in 1960 and had three sons -- Erik, Layne, and Bryan.
Yvonne loved the outdoors and
enjoyed hiking and camping as well as family vacations. Her talents
included hard work, dedication,
creativity, preparedness, and the ability to overcome challenges.
She was a caring person with a very big heart and made friends wherever she went.
Her smile was contagious and she had the ability to cheer anyone up when they were down with her quick wit and sense of humor. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her brother Jack Robb (Elaine), sons Layne (Cindy), Bryan (Liz), and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
