Cynthia Jean Brown passed away on August 22, 2010. Born July 4, 1953 in Lander, Wyoming to Glen Parker and Oneida Hale. She enjoyed art work and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is survived by her husband Robert Brown Jr., children; Ranae West, Dean Snook and James Snook, two grandchildren Machaela and Nicholas, father Glen (Christine) Parker, mother Oneida Hale, sisters Gleneita D. Whelp, Mary Pittman, Martha Hodges and Leslie McKnight, brothers; Forrest Parker, Cordell Parker and Matthew Parker. Preceded in death by a son Dallas D.
