An American citizen is an American, period! To refer to a person as an African-American or whatever is just plain racist.

It should make no difference what race he/she is or what color his/her skin is. Ancestry has nothing to do with our being good citizens.

Citizenship is about loving and supporting our country. It is about loving and supporting our neighbors. It is about living our laws and being supportive of our Constitution. It is about showing patriotism by the way we sing our national anthem, being responsible and being more concerned about what we can give, rather than what we can get.
