Police investigating 29-year-old man killed in Taylorsville Thursday

TAYLORSVILLE — A Hispanic man was found dead Thursday night from what appears to be a gunshot wound to the head.

Few details were being released but emergency medical personnel were called to a residence near 4400 South and 2200 West about 10 p.m. on a possible death and confirmed the 29-year-old man was dead.

Witnesses found the victim and called police. Taylorsville police were the first on scene and are investigating the death. Witnesses outside the house told KSL the death appears suspicious.
