PULLMAN, Wash. — Weber State kicks off its 2010 volleyball season this weekend at the Nike Cougar Invitational hosted by Washington State.
The Wildcats will play three matches this weekend, beginning with the University of Idaho tonight. Weber State will face host Washington State and UC Irvine on Saturday to conclude the tournament.
Weber State returns six players with experience off of last year's squad, including two with starting experience. Setter Kim Lissinna is the lone senior on the squad. Sophomore setter Caitlin Penrod will also see plenty of playing time this year.
