SALT LAKE CITY — An unsettled weather pattern has chased away harmful ozone levels but may bring dust-filled skies in their place.
The Utah Division of Air Quality said Friday's weather could be accompanied by strong south winds that are substantial enough to create advisory-level dust conditions Friday through Monday.
A "blowing dust watch" has been issued for Salt Lake, Davis, Utah, Weber, Cache, Box Elder and Tooele counties through this period. Updates will be forthcoming twice daily or as conditions change.
