I never met Chris Tunis. I know his name and have heard him on the radio a few times. With all of the wonderful articles that have been written about him during the past few days since his passing, I feel like I have been introduced to a very remarkable individual who lived his life in such a way that he left a positive mark on everyone with whom he came in contact.

I just want to say how refreshing it has been to read various articles about him by sports broadcasters and writers in the valley who have paid tribute to this wonderful man. They all seem to remember him in the same positive way: a man of integrity and kindness. A gentle giant. His family must be very proud of the legacy he leaves behind. You don't find that very often in the sports world, no matter what the role might be.
