Senior opposite hitter Karolina Bartkowiak (Aurora, Ill.) will return to her home area this weekend.
The Sarah Hibbert Collette (Anchorage, Alaska), after getting married last summer, is still a consistent performer for the Utes in her junior season. Hibbert Collette is second on the team with 2.88 kills per set on a .246 hitting percentage. She registered a .367 hitting percentage with 12 kills on 30 attempts and only one error against UC Davis. Hibbert Collette's hitting percentage was the eighth-highest mark in the conference last week. She was one of two Utes with double figures in kills against Utah State as she had 11 kills.
Hibbert Collette and outside hitter Morgan Odale (Star, Idaho) were both named to the 2010 Utah Classic All-Tournament team. In her first match as a Ute, Odale made an impressive debut with a double-double, including 12 kills and 11 digs Friday against UC Davis. Odale then turned in her second consecutive strong performance on Saturday with 18 kills and nine digs against Utah State.
