Look at wages

Wal-Mart's $1.5 million fighting Hunger Program is a good example of corporate social responsibility, rather than bigger government, solving problems in our society. On the other side of the coin, I wonder if Wal-Mart is one of the biggest employers in the top six cities that won the contest. If that is the case, it needs to address the wages of its employees so they can close the gap of hunger in those cities, and take pressure off these communities.
