Rebecca Anderson Paulsen Christensen1951 ~ 2011Rebecca Anderson Paulsen Christensen "Becky", our sweet and beautiful mother, grandmother, sister and wife passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2011, from a stroke. Becky was born March 28, 1951 in Shenandoah, Iowa and was raised by her parents Helen (Bonnie) Avon Paulsen and Abel Ellingsen Paulsen in East Millcreek, Utah. Becky is now joyfully reunited with her parents, her cherished baby, Rebecca Jane and grandson, Easton who preceded her in death. Becky graduated from Olympus High School where she met the love of her life, Ronald Grant Christensen. They were married on December 14, 1972 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Together they raised 6 children, Lars (Bethany), Ingrid (Gabriel) Pinto, Ashley, Margaret (Scott) Soward, Erik, and Liesl (Ben) Lambert. After High School she attended the University of Utah where she received a Bachelors of Science in 1973.Becky was well known for the beautiful dried flower arrangements that she made and sold at Swiss Days, in Midway, Utah, for over 20 years. Her kitchen was always filled with hundreds of beautiful roses hanging from the ceiling beams for drying. She loved bright colors and flowers. Her lasting legacy will forever be her charitable actions and service to her loved ones and those in need.Becky is survived by her husband, children, 8 grandchildren, brother Matthew (Ramona) Paulsen, sister Naomi (Jeff) Lish, sister Elizabeth (Dave) Hulbert, and sister Sarah (David) Brown.Viewing: Wed.
