LaRue Nelson Novak1919 ~ 2011LaRue Nelson Novak passed away on December 24, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on September 4, 1919 in Pleasant Grove, Utah to Carl and Elnora Nelson. Married Stanley F. Novak September 3, 1940 in Queens, NY. Active member in the LDS church and served for 6 years in the Jordan River Temple.Survived by daughters Sheran Duffin (Jerry) and Wendy Olexy (Robert), 16 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband Stan and son Stephen.Thank you to the caregivers at St. Joseph's for their loving care and attention. Funeral services Thursday, December 29, 2011, 11 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home, 1007 W South Jordan Pkwy (10600 S).
