Helen Hollingshaus Rosenlund1933 ~ 2011Helen Hollingshaus Rosenlund, age 78, passed away December 26, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born June 23, 1933 in Salt Lake City to Alois M. Hollingshaus and Clair Metzger Hollingshaus. She married Ronald Blaine Rosenlund in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.Helen served in both Ward and Stake Relief Society Presidencies and the Primary Presidency, but her favorite calling was as Relief Society teacher. She also enjoyed cooking.Helen is survived by her husband, Ron; sons, Terry and Blaine; daughter, Annette; daughter-in-law, Cindy; granddaughters, Brenda Burlew (Dexter) and Linda Lundgren (Carl); grandson, Troy; great-granddaughters, Natalie, Allyson and Tiffany Burlew and Addison Lundgren; great-grandson, Gavin Lundgren; and her sister, Eva Major. Preceded in death by her daughters, Janiece and Michelle; parents, Alois and Clara; brothers, Alfred, Johnny, Grant and Harry; and sisters, Milda, Clara and Margaret.Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 31, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at the Edison Ward, 1401 West 700 South. Family and friends may visit Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, and Saturday one hour prior to services at the ward.
